Hyderabadi chicken biryani recipe
Materials:
- 1 kg - medium size pieces chicken
- 1/2 kg - Basmati Rice
- 1.5 glasses of water
- 1 table spoon Ginger paste
- 1 table spoon Garlic paste
- 3 - large onions, finely sliced
- 3 - green chillies, chopped
- 1 cup - chopped fresh Mint leaves
- 1 cup - chopped fresh Coriander leaves
- 1 table spoon Red Chilli powder
- 10 strands of Saffron
- 1/2 cup - Milk
- 2 cups - Yoghurt
- 2-3 table spoon Lemon juice
- 7 - Cloves
- 2 - Bay Leaves
- 5 - green Cardamoms
- 1-inch piece Cinnamon
- 2 table spoon Ghee
- 3 /4 cup - oil
- Salt to taste
- Grind to a paste:
- 7 - Cloves
- 4 - Cardamoms
- 1/2 inch piece - Cinnamon
- 1/2 table spoon whole pepper

Recipe:
- Please powder the Black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and mace.
Cut chicken into small pieces and washed and shed water.

- Blend half of the ground spices, ginger, garlic, yogurt, half a teaspoon of raw chilli and salt with meat.
- Heat the oil in pan and fry the onion is light brown in color.
- In pan give Meat and 3 cups water. Waving and cover the pan. Cook over medium heat. When water is chippy please inflict the chicken .
- When the oil out of the chicken ground shook with spices then pull out from pan.
- 1½ cups water to boil with the pot covered. When boiling water, rice, milk, salt, and sugar and stir through.
- After two or three times footer shook with raw chilli cover.
- 20 minutes to cook over medium heat. Place a further 5 minutes of very slow ignition of the fire.
- Mixed the chicken after 20 minutes after remove from the oven and cover the pan.
