  • Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion paste - 1 table spoon
  • Kaaba seasoning - 1 tablespoon

METHODOLOGY:

  1. - First slices the beef into medium sized thick and with a beef haturi Take meat contuse. If the size of beef is little bit long it's better.
  2. - Mix the beef with sour curd, chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, spices Kaaba, the taste of salt, cumin paste, chewing color and mustard oil and take for 3-4 hours.
  3. - After 3-4 hours when beef will mix well with spices, heat with mediam heat in a iron pan.
  4. - When the pan will hot Pour soyabean oil ( Who does not like soyabean oil they use mustard oil). When oil is hot, fry the beef slices with a mild heat stay.
  5. - When the cooked meat is fried Remove from oven.

  • Chicken meat without bones (pieces) - 400 gm
  • Corn Flower - table spoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper corns - half teaspoon
  • Egg – 1
  • Dark soy sauce – 2 table spoon
  • Oil - for frying
  • Garlic frill – half cup
  • 4 slices of onion - 1½ cups
  • Capsicum (four corners cut) - 1½ cups

  1. In a bowl chicken meat, peppercorns, 1 tablespoon Corn Flower, an egg and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce marinated well with spices and let a few minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chicken pieces into golden color and put them set aside.
  3. In another pan with the amount of oil fry the garlic as light brown. when the garlic look like as light brown mixe the chopped onion and Capsicum. With the rest of the soy sauce, red chile sauce please tends a for  while in pan.

  • 1/2 kg - Basmati Rice

  • 2 cups - Yoghurt
  • 2-3 table spoon Lemon juice

  • 5 - green Cardamoms
  • 1-inch piece Cinnamon
  • 2 table spoon Ghee
  • 3 /4 cup - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 7 - Cloves
  • 4 - Cardamoms
  • 1/2 inch piece - Cinnamon
  • 1/2 table spoon whole pepper

 Recipe:
  1. Please powder the Black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and mace.
    Cut chicken into small pieces and washed and shed water.
  2. Blend half of the ground spices, ginger, garlic, yogurt, half a teaspoon of raw chilli and salt with meat.

  2. One and a half kg of chicken meat
  3. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  4. 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  5. 4 cardamom pods
  6. 4 cinnamon sticks
  7. 2 teaspoons mace
  8. black peppercorns
  9. 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
  10. raisins
  11. 250 ml yoghurt
  12. 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
  13. 250 ml onions (sliced)
  14. 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  15. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  16. fresh root ginger (finely sliced)
  17. cooking oil
  18. 1 pinch of salt
  19. water

Method:
  1. Wash and soak rice in water for half an hour. Cut the potatoes and in a little oil into the frying of the potatoes should be boiled in half.
