Ingredients:
- Chicken meat without bones (pieces) - 400 gm
- Corn Flower - table spoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper corns - half teaspoon
- Egg – 1
- Dark soy sauce – 2 table spoon
- Oil - for frying
- Garlic frill – half cup
- 4 slices of onion - 1½ cups
- Capsicum (four corners cut) - 1½ cups
- Red Chile Sauce - 2 table spoon
- Bhinegara - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken stock or water - the amount of
- Tasting Salt - a little
Method:
- In a bowl chicken meat, peppercorns, 1 tablespoon Corn Flower, an egg and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce marinated well with spices and let a few minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chicken pieces into golden color and put them set aside.
- In another pan with the amount of oil fry the garlic as light brown. when the garlic look like as light brown mixe the chopped onion and Capsicum. With the rest of the soy sauce, red chile sauce please tends a for while in pan.
- Mix the fried chicken pieces well with it. Cover with a little time with Little chicken stock or water.
- Mix the rest Corn Flower with some water in the chicken. With tasting salt and vinegar cook for a while and cover the pan. When it prepare to eat please serve the hot Chinese chilli chicken.
